As a Team Leader in our scheduling team you'll play a key role in making sure that electrical team's appointments run smoothly and projects get delivered on time. You'll be the one overseeing the scheduling team, working closely together with clients and the electrical compliance team to make sure appointments get organised, workload is planned and delivery programs are strictly adhered to.

**Main objectives of the Team Leader role**:

- lead the scheduling team to secure appointments essential for project delivery and to meet project delivery targets effectively
- implement standardised scheduling processes and ensure compliance with client procedures, GDPR and other legislation
- achieve scheduling targets and oversee day-to-day team operations
- provide line management support and guidance to the scheduling team
- act as the primary point of contact for clients on scheduling matters
- generate comprehensive reports on delivery progress and team productivity
- strategically map properties for efficient project delivery and allocate engineers effectively
- contribute to the internal systems and app development initiatives
- implement effective resident communication processes
- collect and analyse call data to improve scheduling efficiency
- maximize productivity through effective team management and collaboration with engineers and the supply chain
- maintain accurate records of outbound communication and document usage
