About the role:
The Transfer Agency Product manager is responsible for defining and providing strategic direction for FIS’s TA services. As part of the TA Product Solutions team, the TA Product manager provides consultative support to Clients, collaborates closely with technology product and development teams, liaises with internal service delivery teams (BPAS), and provides strategic and market insights for our TA services globally, with a local market focus.  The TA Product Manager is responsible for commercialization of TA services.   

What you will be doing:

  • Preparing and presenting product plans that identify risks and challenges, opportunities and growth strategies.

  • Participating in budget planning process, providing content for product roadmaps and ensuring timely delivery.

  • Monitoring each product’s profit and loss statement.

  • Collaborating with senior management, completing business scope documents and managing key vendor relationships


What you will need:

  • General business skills, industry knowledge, financial management and planning skills, long-term vision and executive presence.

  • Knowledge of financial services industry and associated products, with relevant Transfer Agency experience.

  • Ability to work independently and in collaborative global teams

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • A bachelor's degree or multiple years direct Transfer Agency experience
