Your Role in Our Mission:We’re looking for an ambitious, hands-on Senior Events Manager to play a pivotal role in planning and executing a range of events to bring the ‘RG Magic’ to our clients, enrich the customer experience and ultimately increase revenue through progressing new sales pipelines, increased product adoption, cross-sell and customer retention.
Some of Your Responsibilities & Core Duties will include:
  • Develop and implement events strategies and an annual events calendar, working collaboratively with growth, customer and product marketing leads, to support new and existing business growth goals
  • Lead on event planning for brand, prospect and customer-facing events and webinars aligned to quarterly marketing campaigns and always-on event programmes
  • Work closely with the EMEA Content Manager to develop compelling event content across a range of formats (e.g. keynotes, presentations, panel discussions)
  • Manage event budgets, invoicing processes and financial reconciliations
  • Handle key collaborator and supplier relationships, including negotiating with suppliers
  • Manage end-to-end event logistics for owned and sponsored brand, prospect and customer events
  • Set up and manage event platform configuration, landing page creation, CRM and marketing automation syncing and CRM campaign creation
  • Handle post-event reporting and evaluation, including return on investment analysis
  • Work collaboratively with growth, customer and product marketing leads on event positioning, promotion and comms
  • Develop and implement new frameworks, processes and workflows (including standardised comms) nurture workflows and templates to increase efficiencies across our event programmes

The Experience and Key Skills you will have:
  • Demonstrated experience in a Senior Events Management role within a high-growth SaaS business
  • 5 years + experience working on large-scale events (1000+ attendees)
  • Extensive experience leading a wide variety of events, such as conferences, webinars and trade shows from large-scale owned events to smaller round tables and executive dinners
  • Strong analytical and growth mindset with the ability to analyse and evaluate post-event metrics
  • Proven experience handling budgets and invoicing processes
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and effectively collaborate with key collaborator groups
  • Strong sense of ownership and project management skills, with the ability to multitask
  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation - ideally Salesforce and HubSpot
