This role is responsible for managing a wide variety of product categories within Sika’s distribution product portfolio. From building chemicals to tile adhesives and woodcare products, no day is ever the same The Product manager is responsible for identifying and leading the development of further market leading product opportunities to add to our current great offer.

The Opportunity:  

  • Identifying market trends and gaps to create a customer focussed innovation pipeline. Taking that product idea and then inspiring a cross functional team from product concept through the development stages and turning that vision into reality.
  • Managing the product lifecycle ensuring continual commercial success of products and effectively managing old product out.
  • Providing in-depth knowledge of the customer, market, industry and competitive landscape to ensure that the wider team are positioned well to continually enhance market share and reputation
