An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Lincolnshire RecoveryPartnership, a vibrant new partnership delivering substance use treatment andrecovery services across Lincolnshire from April 2024. Lincolnshire RecoveryPartnership is delivered in partnership between Turning Point, Framework andDouble Impact. The partnership combines Turning Points national experience asan outstanding substance use provider together with Double Impacts specialismin lived experience and recovery and Frameworks expertise supporting serviceusers with complex issues. Horizon is the Young Persons service within theLincolnshire Recovery Partnership, supporting those up to the age of 18 yearsold.

Our Recovery First model underpins everything at LincolnshireRecovery Partnership, with lived experience recovery fully integrated andvisible throughout.Lincolnshires residents will benefit fromLincolnshire Recovery Partnerships highly integrated and highly localisedapproach, supporting with multiple issues across all parts of Lincolnshire.

Main duties of the job

As Practitioner Psychologistwithin Lincolnshire Recovery Partnership you will lead the service to ensurethe delivery of quality, evidence based Psycho-Social Interventions. Supporting the Groupwork Lead to ensurea comprehensive programme of online and face to face psychosocial groups aredelivered across Lincolnshire. You willalso offer training and group supervision to practitioners across Lincolnshireto ensure the quality of delivery, as well as ensuring that outcome measuresare completed and analysed.

You will use your skills as apsychologist to build on a range of innovative approaches with people who usesubstances and offer practical advice on trauma-informed evidence-basedpsychological interventions to colleagues as well as local agencies andorganisations. We will also expect you to have a small caseload of serviceusers with complex needs, providing specialist psychological assessments andtherapies. You will also complete caseformulations and offer consultation and advice to colleagues acrossLincolnshire Recovery Partnership.

You will be invited to work withour national team of Clinical, Counselling and Forensic Psychologists todevelop psychological and psycho-social approaches used across services, and topursue a therapeutic specialism that fits with service needs. You will receive support and supervision fromLincolnshire Recovery Partnerships Highly Specialised PractitionerPsychologist as well as Turning Points national psychology team.

Experience

Essential

Along with up to date registration through the Health and Social Professions Council (HCPC) as a Clinical, Counselling or Forensic Psychologist, you will need a doctorate in your professional specialism and proven ability to deliver psychological services. Formal training in supervision, whilst not essential, would be desirable. Excellent communication skills, adaptability and commitment to the Recovery Agenda, will all contribute to you becoming a vital member of our clinical leadership team. We are able to consider final year trainees who are approaching registration within a preceptorship role as well as newly qualified psychologists. This role is broadly aligned to Agenda for Change Band 7. We are also recruiting to the role of Highly Specialised Practitioner Psychologist which would suit a psychologist with a number of years of experience looking for a role equivalent to Agenda for Change 8A.
