Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced HR Analyst to join the HR Business Partner (HRBP) team to work specifically with the HR Business Partner for the Wealth Management (WM) business in the UK. Responsibilities will include:
Onboarding:
Process new joiner paperwork (will also include internal transfers/secondments)
Input employee details onto the HR system (Workday)
Manage visa process (if applicable) for new joiners
Liaise with the business in respect of first day arrangements
Conduct entrance interviews with all new joiners after 3 months and share feedback themes with HRBP and the business
Offboarding:
Prepare leaver paperwork
Input details onto Workday
Conduct exit interviews and share feedback themes with HRBP and the business
Absence:
Manage and advise on family friendly processes (Maternity, Paternity, Shared Parental Leave etc)
Sickness – update HR system (where appropriate) and manage Occupational Health referral process
Process any other absence related requests
Reporting / System updates:
Prepare data on HR metrics for quarterly reporting to WM management team
Respond to ad-hoc data requests
Assist in preparing powerpoint presentations for HR updates to management team
Updates to Workday i.e. line manager changes, team changes etc
Other responsibilities include but not limited to:
Employee Relations support e.g. notetaking for grievance/disciplinaries, producing letters
Organisation of annual Performance Review and Compensation Review processes for HRBP and support to HRBP in respect of these processes
Analysis of survey results, such as Employee Engagement surveys
Monthly payroll input
Ad-hoc support for the HRBP team and provide cover within the team when necessary
Experience, Skills and Competencies Required
Good knowledge of Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
2-3 years’ experience in a HR Administration/Analyst role
Previous experience in financial services is desirable, but not essential
Excellent interpersonal skills – to communicate clearly and effectively at all levels both internally and externally
Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise workload, multi-task and work under pressure to meet deadlines
Proactive self-motivated attitude with the ability to demonstrate initiative, flexibility, attention to detail, and reliability
Workday experience is desirable
