This is varied role, and you will have range of responsibilities, including the following.
Overseeing the day-to-day administrative functions within the care home,
Handle incoming inquiries and correspondence with residents, families, and external parties.
Manage billing and invoicing processes.
Monitor and reconcile resident financial accounts.

We are looking for someone with previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or care home setting. You will have strong organisational and multitasking skills as well as be able to communicate with staff, service users and their families. You will need to be confident in using Microsoft Office and previous experience of basic finance administration including the use of financial systems would be a distinct advantage.
