Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and organised Care Coordinator to schedule client visits and ensure seamless care delivery.

You’ll have care experience, or transferable skills and perhaps a background in managing rotas and schedules in other settings such as retail, hospitality or transport.

As one of our key players you'll work with the rest of the team to coordinate visits and handle scheduling changes. With our special blend of care with companionship and longer visits of at least an hour, often two, you’ll have more time to support our caregiving team and find the best match possible between care professional and client.

Key Responsibilities:
Schedule client visits, optimising efficiency
Communicate with clients and carers regarding scheduling
Manage last-minute changes and ensure coverage

Qualifications:
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and adaptability

Not essential but desirable – a background in care, or scheduling experience in other sectors
