Farms Compliance Administrator

Due to recent expansion, we are looking for a Farms Compliance Administrator to join the team to provide support to the compliance team within a fast based business. The role will provide essential administrative support, allowing audits to run smoothly whilst ensuring supplier approval and associated animal welfare systems are delivered and maintained.

Main Duties:

Working with farms to collect and process required information. Managing the compliance databases. Liaising with suppliers to ensure correct paperwork is completed in a timely manner. Contribute to KPIs in quality, supplier approval and audits. Assist with any other general administrative tasks.

You will need:

The ability to multi-task, work to deadlines, prioritise and complete tasks with a strong attention to detail. Excellent IT skills To be self-motivated and able to work alone and as part of a small team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Agricultural background would be beneficial but not essential.
