The reconciliations team is made up of 5 other Reconciliation Officers and a Team Manager. The team is based in London and supported by a dedicated Business Analyst.
Your role
› Consistently deliver excellent client service to Investment Managers and internal clients by maintaining accurate books and records and minimising reconciliation breaks (including cash, stock, FX, CFD, ETD, Repo and OTC).
› Actively contribute to change management initiatives and projects within reconciliations and across the wider Operations department.
› Collaborate with other Operations teams and Pictet business areas to build a more robust service offering and contribute to the Reconciliations Centre of Excellence.
Your profile
› Experience in a reconciliation or similar role within Asset Management including reconciliation of alternatives and/or experience building bespoke reconciliations.
› Comprehensive understanding of multiple reconciliation tools. Experience of the Gresham CTC reconciliation tool is advantageous.
› Knowledge and experience of dealing with multiple custodians and their website portals.
› Strong IT skills including Excel and Tableau, some coding experience would be beneficial.
› Motivated by continued learning, you will be eager to gain exposure to senior stakeholders and projects.
› Self-motivated, resilient, able to own project goals and flexible to meet SLA targets/deadlines.
› Exceptional written and verbal communication skills including the ability to explain difficult concepts in a straightforward manner would be advantageous.
› Proactive approach to errors, problem solving and resolution.
