Enterprise Account Executive

The Role
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage the entire complex sales cycle from generating leads and qualifying enterprise customers to securing deals (hunt and close), using a consultative approach
- Establish and grow strong relationships with strategic contacts, and users/buyers to retain and grow existing revenue and identify and close new opportunities.
- Actively generate leads through cold-calls, emails, events, site visits, and develop accounts through discovery calls, sales presentations, demos, proposals, etc.
- Maintain and grow a healthy sales pipeline, accurately forecasting, managing and hitting your sales targets.
- Support development of sales collaterals, pricing and business models, proposals and response to RFPs, ensuring that prospect customers have an up-to-date knowledge of our product features, value and roadmap.
- Continuously promote the Flexciton brand and work with the rest of the commercial team to provide value-driven support to ensure our customers and users are successful and to create upsell opportunities.
- International travel to engage with different customers and prospects.
Ideal Profile
- 4+ years experience in enterprise SaaS sales, specialising in large accounts and complex, long sales cycles (1+ year), with stakeholder management experience - influencing, and presenting to cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in a startup
- Track record of revenue targets of 1M+ and successfully navigating and closing six/seven figure deals
- Exceptional communication in English (both written & verbal)
- Deep familiarity with CRM systems
- Travel required of up to 30%
Nice to have:
- Experience with MEDDPICC
- Proficiency in German, Japanese or Korean.
- Experience in manufacturing or semiconductors
- Degree in a STEM subject or related field
