Job Scope:

A new opening at FLS for a Team Lead – Process Technologies, Service Line Management. This position will suit a senior process engineer with experience in metallurgy, floatations, filtrations, thickening, and separation. Within this role, you will ensure the complete service offerings across the lifecycle of products within this division. This will include a Productivity and Audit offering portfolio and a go-to-market strategy for Productivity and Audit in collaboration with relevant teams. You will also drive productivity and audit content, proposal processes, systems, tools, training, and other sales support, while delivering improvements for Mining Industry Service Line Management proposals, globally.

Your responsibilities:

Provide input to strategies for Development and “Go To Market” for our Productivity and Audit offering

Provide Sales support needs for the regions including training, sales materials, etc.

Provide tools and services that support Audit and Productivity

Gather, Monitor, and Analyse Market Trends and competition

Act as the Voice of the Customer to ensure our audit and productivity offering match or exceed customer needs

Define Research & Development business cases of medium complexity and deliverables of Productivity tools and Audit offerings

Define Productivity and Audit Strategy and Support Marketing and Regions in the implementation

Engage key stakeholders in all activities

Promote a culture of personal and team safety, including others who may be affected by the company’s operational activities

What you bring:

A background as a senior process engineer

A good understanding and experience in business development

Good experience and knowledge of auditing and process optimization

High-level experience within Hardrock

Flow sheet experience in any of - coal, copper, iron ore, gold
