About the Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Housing Outreach Worker at Advance. Advance is a specialist supported housing association that is on an exciting journey to deliver more services and develop more housing for people with learning difficulties, disabilities and supporting people towards greater independent living.
Working alongside our Housing Officers and Support services, you will offer face to face and remote housing support to our customers, enabling them to sustain their tenancies and live positive, independent lives. You will be based at home but will be sometimes required to work rom our office based in Witney. This role will cover the areas of Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Luton, Berkshire, South Oxfordshire, and Hampshire.
We are seeking a self-motivated, well organised and communicative individual to assist us in delivering high quality housing support services over a wide geographical area.
As travel is a requirement of the role, a full, current driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
In the role you will be making a difference daily to improving the lives and outcomes of our tenants.
The role of Housing Outreach Worker will include:
- Developing, building, and maintaining relationships with tenants and other key stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of housing management services.
- Providing direct housing support to our customers, to enable them to sustain their tenancy.
- Dealing with Anti-social behaviour ensuring satisfactory outcomes for customers and external stakeholders.
- Working as part of a wider team to deliver effective housing support, in line with policies and procedures.
- Ensuring fire and water safety remedial actions are completed.
- Assisting regional housing officers with annual visits.
- Undertaking tenant engagement activities.
The role will support our housing officers within the South West
About the candidate:

- An excellent communicator
- Able to build excellent relationship with customers and colleagues
- Highly competent with Microsoft Office
- Highly competent with Open Housing or a similar data base
