A candidate interested in medical management and leadership would be encouraged and supported to enrol with appropriate training though local and wider NHS leadership programmes according to their level of existing training. Dr Catherine Maxey Clinical Director and Dr Julie Hankin Medical Director would be happy to discuss further specific roles within medical management for interested candidates and how they might combine with the post.
