Are you an experienced Quality Specialist with a passion for ensuring excellence in quality processes and programs? Can you effectively coordinate and oversee training initiatives to support business objectives?

Church & Dwight UK Ltd have a vacancy for a permanent Quality Specialist Trainer based at our manufacturing site in Folkestone, Kent.

As a Quality Specialist Trainer, you will support quality processes and projects, lead projects of minimal complexity, and conduct reviews and data analysis. You will assist in audits, update procedures, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and oversee the Training program for the Europe region.

Responsibilities:

Support quality processes and projects, including leading minimal complexity or appropriate scope project areas. Conduct reviews, data analysis, and data summaries to make conclusions and develop recommendations. Present findings to the team in support of current processes and programs. Collaborate with cross-functional partners in R&D and Supply Chain. Coordinate and oversee the Training program for the Europe region. Assisting in MRD/ ISO 13485 / ISO 22716 audits.

Requirements:

University degree from an accredited institution in a related field. Over 3 plus years of technical experience with a demonstrated track record. Specialist knowledge/expertise in consumer products, medical devices, food, dietary supplements, or pharmaceuticals, familiarity with MRD/ ISO 13485 / ISO 22716 audits. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Detail-oriented and proactive self-starter. Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization.
