The Role
At Eurotunnel, we have an exciting opportunity for a highly qualified and dedicated individual to join our team as a Quality & Continuous Improvement Specialist. You will be responsible for overseeing the Quality Management System and Continuous Improvement within Eurotunnel and its departments. You will conduct identified works and audits, and will propose and implement all actions addressing Quality and Continuous improvement of activities.
The Person
Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent. A qualification and experience in the domain of Quality and Continuous Improvement is desirable. Knowledge and experience of assessment, synthesis, and redaction would be beneficial. The ability to communicate in French to liaise and lead meetings with French contacts would be an advantage.
You will excel in this role if you are a strong communicator, both written and verbal, who enjoys building excellent relationships with others, contributing to a positive team atmosphere. You must demonstrate your ability to be reliable, punctual, and flexible to meet operational demands and business needs, and possess the aptitude to prioritise and manage multiple work streams to ensure objectives are met. You must demonstrate a key attention to detail in order to analyse, understand, and interpret data to find workable solutions.
