THE PRODUCT COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST
- To support and foster a Quality culture within the QA Ops team and the wider production environment
- Packaging component & finished product specification management
- Inspect incoming components and packaging components according to the relevant specifications, determining whether materials are fit for use
- Maintain the specifications for all materials required for use
- Maintaining the line complaint system and ensuring that follow ups are met to close these out
- To provide Certificates of Analysis (CofA) for stakeholders when required for stock shipped
- Release of Finished Product
- Work with internal stakeholders to ensure that all testing procedures are up to date and validated

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Proven experience working in a Quality Assurance role within a regulated industry (e.g. MFCG, Medical Device, Pharmaceuticals) is desirable but not essential
- Education in a science or engineering-based arena
- Excellent attention to detail
- Working knowledge of ISO22716 and or ISO13485 is desirable
- Computer literate with MS Word and Excel
- Self-motivated with the ability to plan ahead and use initiative
- Decision making
- Ability to analyse and interpret data to make accurate and expedient decisions
- Able to foster strong Multi-functional relationships
- Able to respond positively to change
