We are currently seeking a dedicated Residential Support Worker to join our team and provide exceptional care for a young male with autism who is subject to the Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS). 
Your new role 

Personalised Care: Provide person-centred support to our client, ensuring their safety, well-being, and quality of life.Life Skills Development: Encourage and assist the individual in developing essential life skills.Risk Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments and implement necessary precautions to keep the client safe.Communication: Collaborate with the client, their family, and other professionals to create a supportive environment.Documentation: Maintain accurate records and reports related to the client’s care and progress.What you'll need to succeed 
Experience: Previous experience working with individuals with autism is preferred.Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in health and social care or a related field.Understanding of DoLS: Familiarity with the Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards and their application.Empathy and Patience: Compassion and patience are essential qualities for this role.Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate openly.What you'll get in return
