Position: Facilities Manager
Department: Facilities/Maintenance
Reports To: Resort Manager
Salary - 30k
ObjectiveManage all facilities and maintenance for smooth operations of the resort, leisure centre, spa, and staff accommodations. Ensure high standards, control budgets, and identify improvements.
Key ResponsibilitiesFacilities & Maintenance
- Oversee maintenance of resort facilities, grounds, and hot tubs.
- Ensure compliance with heating, lighting, and pool standards.
- Lead refurbishment projects from start to finish.
Financial Control
- Manage expenditures and payroll within budget.
- Optimise stock control and maximize profit margins.
Health & Safety
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments and manage all safety documentation.
Team Leadership
- Coach and develop staff, manage performance, and maintain effective communication.
Pool & Hot Tub Care
- Maintain equipment and monitor chemical levels.
- Ensure compliance with health regulations for pool and plant rooms.
