Job Description:

As our new Process Improvement Coordinator, you’ll support with continuous improvement of Product department processes and administration, driving forward department initiatives to maximise sales and revenue.

What you'll be doing:
 
  • Support the successful delivery of product-led projects, working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider business, including IT development and Jet2Digital teams.   
  • Support with continuous improvement of Product department processes.
  • This role will work on a wide range of projects, from simple task such as Product department process changes and website/ systems enhancements, through to business-wide core system development projects.
  • You'll identify opportunities for change and improvement and train these out to the team.
  • Work closely with the Team Leader - Product Processes & Administration to ensure all processes and procedure guides are kept fully updated.
  • Create, maintain and develop effective working relationships with suppliers and colleagues throughout the business.
 
What you’ll have:
 
  • Experience in process improvement and/ or identifying and delivering improvement initiatives.
  • Ability to be decisive, analytical and think critically.
  • Highly accurate and excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at a time, re-prioritising workload based on business needs. 
  • Good verbal and written communication skills with experience in dealing with a wide variety of different business areas and colleagues. 
  • Comfortable in working across several business systems.  
  • Experience working in a Microsoft Office environment and associated packages. 
  • Confidently able to work off own initiative.
