As our new Senior Process Improvement Executive, you’ll support with continuous improvement of Product department processes and administration, driving forward department initiatives to maximise sales and revenue.As our Senior Process Improvement Executive, you’ll have access to a wide range of benefits including:

What you'll be doing:
- Support the successful delivery and implementation of product-led projects and change activities, working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider business, including IT development and Jet2Digital teams.
- Support with continuous improvement of Product department processes, driving efficiency and automation.
- Proactively identify opportunities for change and continuous improvement to Product department processes and training these changes out to the team.
- Product Processes & Administration to ensure all processes and procedure guides are kept fully updated, amending, when necessary, with changes and improvements.
- Support Product department projects through the change lifecycle, acting as a department SME to advocate and promote priorities for the team; working with the Product, Jet2Digital and IT Development teams and any other key stakeholders, from the planning stages to go live through to monitoring ongoing success.
- Take ownership of the IT development process within Product by identifying any development requirements, gathering value and benefit data, engaging with key business areas to align requirements, liaising with Jet2Digital to raise and progress developments and managing the department’s IT backlogs.
- Create, maintain and develop effective working relationships with suppliers and colleagues throughout the business in the best interests of the department and the company.
- Prepare and contribute towards meetings, planning items for discussion, and putting forward recommendations.
What you’ll have:
- Experience in process change role and/or identifying and delivering improvement initiatives.
- Ability to be decisive, analytical and think critically.
- Highly accurate and excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at a time, re-prioritising workload based on business needs.
- Good verbal and written communication skills with experience in dealing with a wide variety of different business areas and colleagues.
- Comfortable in working across several business systems.
- Experience working in a Microsoft Office environment and associated packages.
- Confidently able to work off own initiative.
