We are seeking an experienced BMW Sales Executive to join our successful team of 8 sales professionals. As part of this energetic and driven team, you’ll have the chance to work with one of the world’s most prestigious automotive brands, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving success.
Hours: 0800 – 1800 working 5 days a week over Monday – Saturday period.
Salary: £25,000 OTE £53,000 and a company car 

What you will be doing:
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of BMW vehicles, their features, and benefits to effectively engage with potential buyers
  • Consistently achieve and surpass sales targets by showcasing and promoting BMW vehicles, highlighting the brand's distinct qualities.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, offering personalized support and guidance throughout their buying journey.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations across various platforms to highlight the luxury, performance, and innovation of BMW vehicles.
  • Stay current with the latest automotive trends and BMW technologies, ensuring customers receive the most accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Proactively follow up on digital leads to convert them into successful sales opportunities.

What we're looking for:
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in automotive sales.
  • Tenacious and target-driven with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • A natural ability to engage, charm, and build rapport with clients.
  • Proven experience in establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • A genuine passion for BMW and the luxury car market.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic and commitment to success.
