As a Sales Administrator, you will be the backbone of our sales team, working closely with our sales team and managers to ensure the seamless coordination and execution of our sales processes. Your role will be a cornerstone in maximizing efficiency and driving revenue growth, allowing the sales team to focus on building relationships and closing deals.

**Salary**:
£27,000 per annum + annual performance bonus

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Order Processing: Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely fulfilment and delivery to clients.
- Customer Service: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Problem-Solving: Address any customer concerns or issues promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Assistance with other ad-hoc administration duties.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Administrator or in a similar role, with a track record of achieving exceptional results.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling sales-related data.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with diverse teams and clients.
- Proficiency in using CRM / Inventory software and MS Office suite.
- A positive and proactive attitude, with a passion for contributing to a thriving sales team.
