About Us
Hilton London Gatwick is a leading hotel in the South Terminal, offering 821 bedrooms and a range of dining and entertainment options. We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager to join our team and contribute to our growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic sales and marketing plan to drive room sales, food and beverage revenue, and associated bedroom targets.
- Lead a sales team to achieve sales targets and ensure a 'sales culture' within the team.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns to support sales initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform sales strategies and optimize revenue growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of hotel operations and revenue management principles.
- Experience with sales and marketing software and tools.
