Area Manager Sales

At Ruby, we're breaking new ground and looking for a talented Area Manager Sales to join our Sales Office in London. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for leading the sales strategy for multiple locations in the UK, Scotland, and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue across multiple locations.
  2. Lead and motivate a local sales team, providing training and support to ensure they're equipped to succeed.
  3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners to foster long-term loyalty.
  4. Act as a Ruby ambassador, qualifying and categorizing potential clients and partners in existing and new markets.
  5. Conduct market analyses and develop strategic plans for new Ruby locations.
  6. Analyze and develop regional sales strategies, elevating the sales team through agile project management.
  7. Manage assigned markets, hotels, and team members, driving market share growth with new target groups and leads.
  8. Represent Ruby at international fairs and sales trips, participating in contract negotiations with new clients.
  9. Collaborate with other sales teams across Europe to promote cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Required experience in sales leadership and strategy development.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Full-time employment.
