Job Description
As Scrum Master, your main responsibilities are:
Helping Product teams and stakeholders build, maintain and prioritise, product roadmaps and backlogs Facilitation of scrum teams, for greater creativity and improved efficiency Managing the scrum process and the coordination of multiple scrum teams Metrics and Agile reporting Lean governance alongside key project stakeholdersQualifications / Skills needed
Scrum Master, with experience of complex environments, to deliver large-scale solutions Working with squads/teams, to ensure they deliver against agreed goals Continuous improvement Report on progress of delivery, including risks, issues & dependencies Knowledge of implementation of metricsWhy work through Contechs?
