About the Role

As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating Agile practices, identifying training needs, and supporting teams to improve performance and achieve goals. You will work closely with our teams to ensure the smooth operation of our lean-agile practices and provide coaching and mentoring to individuals as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a servant-leader and facilitator to support teams in the day-to-day operation of their Agile practices
  • Lead on the identification of training and development needs for the team and individual team members
  • Support teams or individuals to improve performance and achieve goals through training, coaching, and mentoring
  • Practical experience of servant-leadership in Agile teams
  • Thorough knowledge of Agile principles, practices, and methods, particularly Scrum
  • Holds an advanced Scrum Master certification
