We’re looking for a Head of Security to lead our vibrant and dynamic Security team.

As a Head of Security at Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, you will be responsible for:

To construct and maintain a security rota to enable 24hr cover and effective operation. To manage and lead the team and liaise with outside agencies as required. To ensure that guiding policies and procedures are in place and reflect the requirements of the Group Operations Security Manual (GOSM). Training the Security department on SOP’s and/or arranging external trainings as required. To compile appropriate risk assessments (RA). To carry out internal audits of security and FLHSS requirements in preparation for the annual audits which may be unannounced. To chair the Risk Management Committee (RMC) that encompasses both the hotel and residences. To deal with any RIDDOR submissions on behalf of the hotel and residences. To ensure that the hotel and residences comply with any relevant local code. To deliver training as required to other departments.
