Sales Executive

- Createand manage posts about onboarded properties across LHPs socialmedia channels.
- Populate advertisements forproperties on various online portals andaccounts.
- Disseminate posts in relevantWhatsApp groups to reach potential buyers.
- Postproperty advertisements in newspaper classifieds to increasevisibility.
- Contact prospective clients andexisting customers to inform them about the availability ofproperties.
- Regularlymeet with current and prospective clients to provide informationupdates and opportunities regarding availableproperties.
- Invite clients to company eventsand ensure a positive experience during theseevents.
- Maintain periodic communication withclients via phone to keep them informed andengaged.
- Organizeand schedule property visits for interestedbuyers.
- Conduct property presentations onsiteto showcase features and benefits.
- Briefclients about LHP s services and offerings to build confidence andtrust.
- Set up meetings between clients andrelevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate andfacilitate negotiations between buyers and thecompany.
- Follow up on payment commitments andmanage the payment process.
- Oversee the paymenttransaction and registration process to ensure a smoothclosing.
- Provenexperience in sales preferably in real estate or propertysales.(Fresher s can also encouraged toapply)
- Strong knowledge of marketing strategiesand platforms.
- Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills.
- Ability to build andmaintain strong client relationships.
- Highlyorganized with strong followup skills and attention todetail.
- Selfmotivated and resultsdriven with aproactive approach to achieving salestargets.
- Own Conveyance is Must (Preferably2Wheeler)
- Experience inproperty marketing and sales.
- Familiarity withsocial media marketing and digitaladvertising.
- Ability to handle multiple tasksand manage time effectively.
- Strong negotiationand closingskills.
