As a Sales Support Specialist at Commcrest Technology Solutions, OPC, you will play a crucial role in driving sales objectives and supporting Sales Executives in their daily activities.

Key Tasks
  • Support the Sales Organization in achieving its sales objectives by providing timely and accurate information.
  • Collaborate with Sales Executives to update the Sales Funnel and ensure seamless sales processes.
  • Accompany Sales Executives and the General Manager during sales calls and presentations, providing technical expertise and support.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches and product demonstrations to clients and prospects.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of products assigned to you and stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone or email, addressing their queries and concerns.
  • Communicate effectively with Partner companies to facilitate sales and support activities.
  • Prepare and submit weekly accomplishment reports and monthly achievement reports to management.
  • Support internal IT requirements as needed and perform other tasks assigned to support office operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in a related field is required for this position.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with excellent presentation and sales skills.
  • Proficiency in computer systems, internet protocols, basic networking, routing, switching, LAN/WAN architecture, network troubleshooting, Wi-Fi technology, and device management.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, GDrive) and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluent communication skills in English and Filipino.
