This pivotal role will operate in a hybrid capacity out of one of our offices near Oxford or Guilford, where the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the most visionary minds in the automotive field.

What's the Opportunity?

This is an exciting leadership role within our Corporate Strategy team, where you will help define Forseven’s overall strategy and oversee its successful execution. We’re seeking a dynamic leader who can bring clarity and structure to critical business priorities while collaborating with senior peers and executives.

As Senior Manager in our Corporate Strategy Function, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving initiatives crucial to the organization’s success. You will build and lead a team of analysts, guide cross-functional teams, oversee strategic project execution, and ensure alignment with our broader corporate goals. This role requires a forward-thinking strategist with proven leadership skills, a record of impactful delivery, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced business environment. A strong understanding of the mobility ecosystem—particularly electric vehicles and electrification—will be highly advantageous.

What Will You Do?

  • Lead Strategic Program Execution: Oversee all phases of strategic programs, from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
  • Set Clear Objectives: Define project objectives, milestones, and success metrics to ensure clarity and alignment.
  • Build and Lead a Team of Analysts: Establish and develop a high-performing team of analysts to drive strategic insights, provide data-driven support, and contribute to program success.
  • Foster an Innovative Culture: Promote a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement within the strategy team.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate closely with the Head of Strategy to develop a comprehensive, inclusive growth strategy and strategic planning framework.

  • Strategic Experience: Significant experience developing and delivering strategy in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership and Team-Building Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage a team of analysts, including peers and senior stakeholders.
  • Mobility Ecosystem Knowledge: An understanding of the mobility ecosystem, particularly electric vehicles and electrification, is a strong plus.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Proficient at quickly identifying and resolving issues to maintain strategic momentum.
  • Execution Focus: Strong strategic mindset with an emphasis on effective execution.
  • Analytical Ability: Excellent analytical skills with a proven ability to transform data into actionable insights and strategies.
