The role requires a great motivator and trainer of door to door sales people with excellent communication and persuasion skills, experience in field sales, and a deep understanding of the door-to door sales industry in the UK.
You will be responsible for the hiring and developing of a high performing sales team. You will be responsible for the day to day in office and in field training of new and underperforming agents.
Minimum of 1 year door-to-door sales experience required.
Job Brief
- Team Management: Build, motivate, and lead a high-performing sales team in Manchester and develop further locations around England. Recruit, train, and coach team members to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Strategic Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with our clients key account managers
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and analyse sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize team effectiveness
- Recruitment: Interview candidates and select the best people for the field sales positions
Key Requirements:
- 1 - 2 years of field sales experience
- Experience in leading and developing residential (D2D) field sales teams
- Individuals must be achievement oriented and growth minded
- Consistently high performer
- Full Clean Driving License
- Competent in using field sales software
