This role will provide role modelling, leadership, practice development and oversight of practice along with development support for the CYPF workforce. Main duties of the jobThe post holder will support the Directorate by providing specialised, expert advice, education and clinical expertise in order to improve the staff and therefore patient experience.
The post holder will work flexibly across all internal and external sites as required and liaise closely with the Learning and Organisational Development team to ensure alignment to Trust learning strategy and delivery.
The post holder will be responsible for implementing and contributing to the development of evidence -based policies, procedures and practices and to standards in the practice environment through the application of specialist knowledge.
