Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at WR Health & Social Care. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare team.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and infection control.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest clinical practices and technologies.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and compassion.
Requirements:
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
- Valid NMC pin.
- Good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices.
- Experience in infection control, moving and handling, wound care, and drug administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
