The Opportunity
As a Guest Service Agent at our hotel, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all guests, especially those who speak Mandarin, receive a warm welcome and excellent service throughout their stay. Key Responsibilities:

Ideal Candidate

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English (both spoken and written).
  • Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred.
