Conexus Recovery & Field Services are looking to recruit a Full Time Field Agent in the Oxford Area.

This particular job role will focus on: Site Welfare Visits and Executing of Warrants.

Conexus Recovery & Field Services is looking to expand its network of existing Field Agents. We are looking for self-motivated, target driven and professional individuals with excellent communication skills. We are also looking for Field Agents who have the ability to use their initiative and problem solve.

**Utility Visits & Warrants;**
You will be required to visit customers on behalf of our client at their supply address to carry out a Site Welfare Visits. You may be required to take meter reads, discuss a range of payment alternatives or reconnect the customer to our client, gather information about vulnerability and confirm if there have been tenancy changes and assess the viability of the client installing a pre-payment meter or smart meter being fitted.

You may also be required to visit customers on behalf of our client at their home address to ‘reconnect’ the customer back to our call centre or the clients call centre. Once the customer has been passed to the call centre the call handler will obtain evidence of the customers’ ability to pay will discuss the account and set up a suitable payment plan with the customer.

You will be provided with Full ‘on the job’ training and support by an experienced Field Agent. Previous experience of working alone is desirable and as part of an experienced team of locksmith and meter engineers.

Due to the wide area of coverage we will offer a generous car allowance along with an attractive salary and an uncapped bonus. Hours are 37.5 per week but we are looking for that committed individual who may have to travel a little further and on some occasions there may be long days involved, but Conexus will reward those who “go that extra mile”.
