Turner Wise Ltd is a well-established global property company with an excellent reputation. We are currently looking for an experienced leasing agent to join our team in Oxford.

About the Role:

The primary objective of this position is to generate and book valuations, whilst conducting accurate market analysis. This will involve working closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on the local property market.

Responsibilities:

  • To achieve a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and expertise in the field of residential property sales.
  • To maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market, including current trends, prices, and regulations.
  • To work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless communication and a smooth transaction process.

What You'll Need:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A strong understanding of the residential property market, including sales techniques and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £22k basic, with an OTE of £60k, as well as excellent progression opportunities within the company.
