Birmingham, United Kingdom HAYS Full time
Programme Administrator, South Birmingham, £26,000 per annum, Education

Your new company
You will be working for a fast-growing teacher training provider in partnership with multi-academy trusts to ensure the perfect delivery of all projects and programmes. You will be based in South Birmingham and work towards shaping and growing the future of the organisation and its delivery of teaching training.

Your new role
You will support management to maintain and develop effective partnerships with all stakeholders. You will work collaboratively with the team to provide high level admin support and work towards shared goals within satisfaction, engagement and recruitment. Within your role, you will develop a professional portfolio of programmes and ensure all participants in these programmes receive exceptional customer service experience. You will effectively communicate with participants and project plan the programmes they support. You will work with other schools within the trust, so previous experience of this would work well. You will be responsible for supporting records, onboarding and overall engagement within programmes. This position is a very all rounded Programme Administrator role, and you may be responsible for acting as office manager within the role.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role of Programme Administrator, you must have relevant and recent Programme or Project Admin experience. Ideally, you will be from an educational background, although this is not essential to be successful. You must be able to clearly demonstrate your stakeholder management skills, ability to coordinate programmes, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What you'll get in return
The role is a permanent position with the ability to start as soon as possible. You will work out of a South Birmingham office on a hybrid working model. The role has an annual salary of £26,000 per annum with an excellent pension scheme. This organisation offers a number of benefits as well as the ability to work closely with a wider team offering exceptional training.
