We are seeking a proactive and adaptable Office Assistant to join a close-knit team of professionals within a busy family office setting. This is a newly established role with evolving responsibilities, offering an exciting opportunity for career growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive support to two Personal Assistants and collaborate with other team members in a small office environment.

Undertake a variety of tasks spanning across the property company, personal affairs, and charitable activities.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Managing incoming calls
  • Handling correspondence
  • Managing emails
  • Running errands, including driving tasks
  • Making travel arrangements
  • Processing payments
  • Maintaining filing systems
  • Updating records.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in Outlook email, Microsoft Word, and Excel.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with individuals at all organizational levels.

Desired Attributes:

Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.

Strong team player with a flexible approach to work and the capacity to adapt to changing priorities.

Exemplary integrity and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive information.

Location: NW11

Salary:22k - 26k

Hours: Monday to Thursday: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
