What You’ll Be Doing:

Empowering Student Growth: Be the cornerstone of support for students with Autism and complex learning difficulties, guiding them towards both academic success and social growth.

Tailoring Learning Experiences: Assist in designing and delivering personalised learning plans that ensure every student has the opportunity to excel.

Supporting Daily Life: Provide compassionate assistance with daily activities and personal care, making a real difference in students' lives, both in and out of the classroom.

Collaborative Contribution: Work alongside teachers and fellow support staff to foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating environment where every student can shine.

What We’re Looking For:

While prior experience in a specialist school setting is a plus, your passion, enthusiasm, and dedication to supporting students with special educational needs are what truly matter to us.

Key Requirements:

 Relevant references and a DBS certificate (or eligibility to apply). Availability: Full-time role, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
