Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Facilitating Student Development: Serve as a vital source of support for students with Autism and complex learning challenges, helping them achieve both academic and social milestones.

Customizing Educational Experiences: Assist in the creation and implementation of tailored learning plans that provide every student with the chance to succeed.

Assisting with Daily Activities: Offer compassionate support with everyday tasks and personal care, significantly enhancing students' lives both inside and outside the classroom.

Collaborative Teamwork: Partner with teachers and fellow support staff to nurture a positive, inclusive, and engaging atmosphere where every student can excel.

What We Seek:

While experience in a specialized educational setting is beneficial, your enthusiasm, commitment, and passion for supporting students with special educational needs are what truly count.

Essential Qualifications:

Relevant references and a DBS certificate (or eligibility to apply). Availability: Full-time role, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM.

All pay rates mentioned will include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This position is temporary, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role in the future.
