Are you an experienced employment and skills professional with a proven track record in supporting employers to implement inclusive recruitment practices, work experience or internships?


If so, Derby City Council has an exciting opportunity for you to work collaboratively with recruitment, Organisational Development and recruiting managers across council services, to create workplace opportunities such as; placements, training, internships and jobs, to enable young people with health conditions and/or other disadvantaged groups such as care leavers to enter and thrive in the workplace.

The role will look to change the culture of recruitment across City Council services, by promoting, advising, and supporting service managers to increase their inclusive recruitment offer to our priority cohorts.


This role will sit within a busy Business Engagement Team, where inclusive recruitment is a core element of delivery across a number of projects.
