**Reporting To**

Operations Manager

**Location**

Derby - DE1 1SU

**Summary of Role**

To engage with referral agencies; to source participants for Workpays programmes, and employers; to source vacancies and placements. You will be responsible for matching placements and vacancies with participants. You will also support a caseload of participants from induction through to sustained progression.

**Role and Responsibilities**
- Source eligible referrals for upcoming training courses
- Source placement opportunities and vacancies
- Work co-operatively with team colleagues
- Network and engage in outreach activities to promote the provision.
- Provide 1:1, group work guidance and support to participants.
- Manage a caseload of participants, which includes recording information on progress and monitoring outcomes to ensure progression.
- Play an active role in developing a positive image of Workpays and representing Workpays as required at meetings.

**Knowledge and Skills Required**
- Knowledge of local young people networks
- Driving Licence and access to vehicle

You need to be able to work towards targets, demonstrate good inter-personal skills and adhere to the performance, quality and data security requirements. Working as part of a team you will be instrumental in building rapport with stakeholders and participants and are required to have the confidence to use your initiative in order to ensure the best possible journey for all.

You will be driven, and really want the opportunity to establish and develop exciting new provision in the area.
