The Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy. Your role will involve:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within target industries
- Developing and executing effective sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Collaborating with the marketing team to create lead generation campaigns
- Providing sales leadership and mentoring to the team
Ideal Candidate
To succeed in this role, you will possess:
- A strong track record in sales, preferably within the creative or experiential industry
- A deep understanding of the immersive experiences market
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strategic mindset and the ability to think creatively
- A proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
Key Performance Indicators
- Achieve £2M in new business revenue for FY 24-25
- Deliver 25% year-on-year revenue growth
- Establish three new long-term partnerships with multinational brands annually
Salary: up to £50k
