-Responsible for the Marketing & Communications of all M&L UK properties – Manchester, Stratford & Heathrow
-Oversee the Marcomms Manager and all agencies, including PR and Social Media agencies
-Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication strategies for the cluster to drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth
-Coordinate and align marketing plans with the overall business objectives and market needs of each property within the cluster
-Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications and channels within the cluster
-Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, operations, and revenue management teams, to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business goals
-Maintain regular communication with property managers and other key personnel within the cluster to support their marketing needs
