Job summary

As a Recovery Worker, you will be working within a multi-disciplinary team as part of the Changing Futures Programme. The aim of this role is to improve outcomes for adults experiencing multiple disadvantage, including combinations of homelessness, substance misuse, mental health issues, domestic abuse and contact with the criminal justice system.

Main duties of the job

You will work as part of a team with the aims of: understanding your clients keeping them safecreating a plan they can achieve with your supportchecking in with them and reviewing their progresskeeping accurate and timely records of your contact with themworking effectively with other social care providers Housing, to cover all aspects of their successful recovery continuously learning and reflecting to improve the outcomes for your clientssupporting your colleagues across the service to deliver excellent care

At We Are With You we work with people on their own goals, whether that's staying safe and healthy, making small changes or stopping an unwanted habit altogether. We give people support in a way that's right for them either face to face in their local service, community or online. We provide a free and confidential service without judgement to more than 100,000 people a year. We use our expertise to improve the help available and raise awareness around drugs, alcohol and mental health so that more people can get support. We Are With You.
