About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Recovery Worker to join our team at With You. As a Recovery Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support and advice to individuals experiencing difficulties due to substance misuse.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement personalized recovery plans with clients to help them achieve their goals
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to clients, promoting a safe and non-judgmental environment
  • Collaborate with other social care services to ensure comprehensive support for clients
  • Conduct assessments and maintain accurate records of client interactions
  • Work effectively in a team environment, supporting colleagues to deliver excellent care

Requirements

  • ONC/NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualification
  • Experience working in a health, social care, or related setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and prioritize tasks
  • Comfortable using IT and digital media

Desirable Skills

  • Previous experience working with individuals who misuse substances
  • Knowledge of health and safety protocols, including risk assessments
