About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement personalized recovery plans with clients to help them achieve their goals
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to clients, promoting a safe and non-judgmental environment
  • Collaborate with other social care providers to ensure comprehensive support for clients
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews to monitor client progress and adjust plans as needed
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions and progress
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new initiatives and strategies
Requirements
  • ONC/NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualification in a related field
  • Experience working in a health, social care, or related setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Good IT skills and ability to use digital media
Desirable Skills
  • Previous experience working with individuals who misuse substances
  • Knowledge of health and safety protocols, including risk assessments
