About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Recovery Worker to join our team at With You. As a Recovery Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support and advice to individuals experiencing difficulties due to substance misuse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement personalized plans to support clients in achieving their recovery goals
  • Conduct assessments and risk assessments to identify client needs and develop strategies for support
  • Work collaboratively with other social care providers to ensure comprehensive support for clients
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions and progress
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • ONC/NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualification
  • Experience working in a health, social care, or related setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Resilience and ability to prioritize tasks under pressure
