Job: Data Analyst 4 PART TIME

Location:REMOTE

Availability:

  • PART TIME: approximately 20 hours per week maximum 6months
  • Attend and conduct virtual meetingsduring standard business hours 9:00AM 4:00 PM EST.

Job Duties & Description:

  • Deliverable Change Orders
  • Design and build required monthlyreports
  • Change Orders Rpt
  • Produce monthly reports on definedschedules and submit communication
    • ConfirmingOrders Rpt and associated communications
    • Change Orders Rpt and associatedcommunications
  • Confirming Orders and Change Orders
  • Analyze data and provideassessments and recommendations to team members
  • Assessments
  • Recommendations
  • Additional Reporting needed in support of procurementinitiatives
  • Design andbuild
  • Produce reports as needed
  • Analyze data and provide assessments and recommendationsto team members
  • New Reports
  • Assessments
  • Recommendations

In support of OCM for the Initiative: Completedeep dive review of data and meet one on one with customers (e.g.Colleges)

OCMSupport:

    • College data Assessments
    • Collegedata Recommendations

Identify impacts or changes needed topolicies and procedures (e.g. Business Rules Job AidsProcedures)

    • Policy Procedure impact analysis andrecommendations

Draft procedures and gainapprovals

    • Procedures that capture the effort required inthe:
  • designdevelopment of reports
  • data analysisand
  • subsequent recommendations

Create enduser trainingcontent in support of the OCM for the changes needed to improvecompliance.

  • End user trainingcontent

Insupport of the L2 initiative conduct necessary research including:state laws policies comparisons to other Higher Eds in VA other VAagencies and other states as needed.

  • Comparative assessments

Required:
